Shipping
Most products are in inventory and shipped within 24 hours after receipt of an order. Large orders vary in shipping times and may be drop shipped from separate locations. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping options are selectable at checkout. Before acceptance, the extent of any damage should be noted on the bill of lading.
Returns
15 day satisfaction guarantee
Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number from SIBI and must be shipped freight prepaid to SIBI. Products must be returned within (15) days of receipt and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
1 year warranty
SIBI provides a one year warranty from date of delivery to the original purchaser covering defects in materials. This warranty is limited to the cost of the products and does not include neglect, misuse, equipment or alterations by the consumer. SIBI, at its option, may replace or repair defective products. Returned products must be approved by SIBI and shipped freight prepaid to SIBI.
